ROBOSCOPE VTM-5000 RAILWAY (VTM-5000/KP) is a laser scanning and flaw detection system for comprehensive non-destructive testing of wheelsets used in subway, freight and passenger railway cars, and multiple unit rolling stock on mainline railways with a gauge of 1,520 (1,524) mm. The system is applied for complex NDT of railway rolling stock including trams, subway cars, freight and passenger cars, and motor-rolling stock.
ROBOSCOPE VTM-5000 RAILWAY provides a full cycle of non-destructive testing of wheelsets with any type of axle (RU1, RU1SH, RV2SH, RM5, etc.) covering use, repair and overhaul in accordance with applied requirements. A flexible configuration system allows any control sequence using both mandatory and supplementary method options, as well as selective control of individual zones.
